how to repair 3310 w/ no light on lcd... i have change the ui ic. can u give me some tips

Must be broken pattern from LED to small varistor beside UI IC (on tope left). Check the schematics from the service manual and you'll see what I mean.

Please check Multi Control IC, the 20 pins IC in bottom right.

I told you must be broken pattern or varistor R406 is faulty. 1 side of R406 connects to ground and the other side connects to the negative of the LED and pin 9 of UI IC. Check that!
