3310 no network in manual search in just 2 second - GSM-Forum

I have several 3310 phone with same error,
PA and antenna swith are ok.Also crystal and hager are normal
.any idea?

Did you try with replacing the VCO crystal?If you have the schematics try with this: check the line B2 on HAGAR to the resistor R514.Also check antenna contacts(the worst problems are the most simple ones).

Try change PA, if don't work reball or change cobba.

as you said,, service center job,,
just remove security void label, and with PCB send to level 3 or NOKIA for replace PCB ,,

or buy some useful equipment to test IP/QP to make sure which part is problem !

A wierd question:what the PA has to do with RX?The PA doesn`t work if the phone receives no signal,right?
So,no problem of no netw can be solved by changing the PA!!!!!!!!!Try and see!!!!

I did it ,i mean i send pcb to nokia and swaped with safe one.
But i like to know where is problem in this kind of errors.
I found that error was in lines related to c593.Thanks for help .
also I have some equipments,JIGS,OSCOP(but low freq ,just 35MHZ),ACTERNA FALUT FINDER, Freq counter,....
