6510 keypad strange!


hello to all i have here an 6510 that was not working any key on keypad after i remove it volume buttoms ( strange but work) and phone worked 100% for about one week!
but almost all keypad working but top keys ( up, down, names and menu) not working! all the others work 100%. any ideia how to fixe this?

OK..

Somedayes ago we had had a three 3510i phones with a problem
is that the only functioning keys are (4,5,6, 7,8,9) , and the rest of
the keys doesnt work.
We flashed it with anew flash and it works !!.

U may try this.

please check the key pad transistor under the key pad connector on board and after that check teh soldring of the key pad connector on board and clean teh key pad connector on the screen board
@ medz
if its hardware so the solution must b hardware
if its software from the begnning never fixed by any hardware solution

change the keypboard filter Z301, also check the b-b connector x303
