3310 no signal, Cobba ID: 00000000


when I'm runing EEprom Repair by Dejan, I am getting Cobba ID: 00000000, is it normal?
phone doesn't receive any signal
could anyone tell me the reason for this fault? I already changed COBBA chip 2 times, the same result.
Also, keyboard beeps level is very low...

Just change your Phone's Cobba IC... your phone will found network and working 100%.

Tested by me on many phones.

change cobba and carefull not to damage pcb while removing existing solder from cobba left!

thank you all,
yes, I was thinking the same: Cobba chip must be the problem, but, like I said, I already change it two times and I am getting the same result.
So, I need another hints, what to check.
I didn't measure any voltage, but I want to ask: if COBBA isn't powered, phone wouldn't be in CONTACT SERVICE ?

Have you already flashed the phone? Partial unlocking may also cause some id error...
