3310 not done - GSM-Forum

I have one 3310 network and ,when I try to search for networks , it gives (not done)
and no network

Hi hanen,

Replace VCO and SAW filters first. If problem still remains, change HAGAR.

TRY TO UNLOCK PHONE WITH EepromTools BY B-PHREAKS V 3.1 OR 4.0 IF STILL SAME TRY TO FLASH THE PHONE
