which canal in netmonitor are you conected?
netmonitor test 1
first munber is number of active canal. If you arent conected with both phones to the same canal, you cant compare intensity of network.
Canals with low numbers under 150 are 900MHz
high number of canal - 1800MHz

Wamir
IF YOUR ANTENNA SWITCH IS OK, then
try to replace some SAW filter between antenna switch to hager
and check 26Mhz TCXO that AFC control by COBBA !
