3310 power off when call or try to find network


3310 SOME TIME power off - when phone trying search network or making call.

Is it a PA problem ? - PCB clean

first verify if battery is ok,
only after that go to PA and Diplexor (antena switch)...

Springer - don't be so shure

Hi,
Springer, I can show you 3 pieces of 3310 with
same problems and I'll let you change the PA
how many times you want and the problem will persist.
So, don't be so shure about PA. In 60% of cases it was PA but...

First:Measure the current in sleep modeand also when a call is active.
If there are normal battery is weak.else many component can cause this.PA,CCONT L513 L201,Capacitors in VB line and....

try to measure current when make a call(should be not higher than 450mA).if current is normal change the batery. if its posible find a Li-Ion batery is much beter.if curent is higher replace pa and reheat PCB in most cases will solve the ptoblem

no f*****g way!!!!!!!!!!!
i have same problem.without pa works ok but with pa power off when signal comes on start.i try 3 pa new and OEM .but same problem.i've tested pa on other 3310 and are ok.
reball cobba and ccont .USELESS.exchange antena switch.USELESS!!!!
ANY IDEEA?
