3310 power problem
 

fones can only be turn on when battery is above 3 bar and with bsi line shorted to gnd or using less than 22k value resistor. charging in off position is not working. but when the fones turn on i can charge it and when i turn it off with charging still connected it show the battery bar is charging (charge in off position).

i check vbat line and is not shorted to gnd

i change ccont/remove pa/change the resistors and capacitors in bsi/btemp line problem still remain...
