help,anyone who knows the solution of 3310 no sound in ringer, buzzer is ok.

I think you must replace the IC at the right bottom of the board.
This will solve your problem %90 ;)

Itried to replace the sasid ic but still the same no audio ringer

Just do this :
On NMP70433 ics (sasid ic i thing) pin 6 place a wire to the pin of the buzzer on board (the other pin on the board go to the condensator).
100% working.
