Trafix,

measure 3.7V at power switch when you put battery ,
if no, check CCONT to R402 , might line cut !

Black-Axe,

ok,
if you do not have test jig, then you can solder a wire out of casing, and have it measure 3.7V

Patrynio

2.6V, it look like come from "key scan 3 6 9 #"
you have to remove CCONT, and check line cut or not !

I'm sorry willy but in fact it was 3V and I changed ccont twice so it must be ok.
And I also have problem with second 3310 which has 0.5v at c209/211 and it should be 2.8V. I changed ccont but it did not help.

personally I dont bother with a test jig. I take the pcb out of the phone & solder wires to the battery terminals & MBUS / FBUS connection. When the phone is fixed, I use solder wick to remove the solder leaving a smoothly tinned contact.
