3310 vibra problem - GSM-Forum

Hi Friends
I have a 3310 with vibra problem
normaly it vibrates but when I exit from tone menu a slow vibra motion happen till light goes off . when light goes on again slow vibration happen.
I also notice when vibrates in normal way light of led's slightly decrease

I already full flash the phone , change N400 twice , clean pcb , reball ccont

pl help me out

where is keypad ic near fuse?is it N400 (nmp70433) ?

CHECK VIBRA FIRST AND THEN CHECK CONNECTION ON PCB.
