already replaced flash ic.. reflowed ccont..
what could be the prob???

please change the 26 Mhz Crystal....and check...if still prob reflow or replace HAGAR 70731..

most of the time if u can flash the phone but still cant power on it is from Flash IC only....

It may be Related to Flash,MAD.
Are you sure Power sw is ok?
Are youe sure about resistors on wathdog line?
Is it off also in JIG?

listem man i am sure that this is not the problem with u but this happened with me once
actually it was a 3330 board inside a 3310 body so i kept flashing again and again but it wont power on...so i opened and saw the problem flashed to 3330 and all okay
but if u can change all components i am sure u can differentiate between 3310 and 3330 flash Chips..

i have the same problem,but with ufs phone works ok,charging ok,flashing ok,switch ok,lines ok

ther is litil resestor near the ram c318 change it
