3315 contact service - GSM-Forum

i have this 3315 with contact service. then i flash it with twister. after flashing still contact service appears. been flashing this phone for 3x already..
how can i solve this prob guys?

unyot, see first what kind of contact service is that, cobba, ccont, ppm flash it in higher version or replace the flash ic. good luck.......

change v257h cobba then unlock phone your problem solved

If you use UFS, press INFO button, then will appear MCU, PPM, etc. look at Cobba ID, if it show 000000. it 100% Cobba Fault, change Cobba. if it show a good cobba id ex. 052435 look at the IMEI, is it the same from the back case? if IMEI show 454545454545 it may be come from corrupted data from PMM. if IMEI still show ex. 454545454 when you have been flashed PPM, you must be change Flash IC and change the IMEI.

if Contact Service from CCONT, when you flash the phone, the version can't change, it usually from CCONT.

After Flash Do Rebuild IMEI Then Chek....
If Not OK Then Change Cobba

Do you know that you can reset eeprom of your phone by using code on

Nokia pones .?

this is the good solution. but most problem come from cobba. because broken ball in cobba Vbb. so first thing u have to do, try to rehoot cobba, rebowling & change. remember the phone still can on but contack service apears in lcd, when u not pair cobba on the phone
