when you power on the phone a noise is heared from
buzer ,and when you make a call a noise come from buzer,
like you put a mobile near to a radio!!

That sounds like a grounding problem! Poor grounding, and the buzzer is acting like an antenna, picking up noise from the phones antenna. Check for bad grounding
