3350 totally dead !!!!!!!!!

dear my friends.

To days I have totally dead 3350.
First time The Phone is water damage after few days phone work normally can make a call and recived calls,but LCD Blank because pins4 in LCD Interface breaking track so I put the wire and make a jumper phone 100% work normall.
but some day I get 8250 no signal and thand The ccont,cobba,and hagar IC from 3350 I remove to 8250 and 8250 work normal, but when I try to repleacing 8250 IC to 3350 the phone cant power on(dead) so i try reflashing the phone but always failed no power. i try to change the IC from good and normal phone but still cant power on. I check the tracking line OK! I try connect charger and thest the connector battery with multimeter I get 3.8v out from connector battery

dit YOU REPLACE WITH NEW COMPONENTS OR MYBE ONE IS FAULTY TRY
