3410 nothing on display just light.... - GSM-Forum

i got one 3410 and when power on there's nothing on display(when power on on very short time it's dark display and then nothing) just light. it's not display (i suppouse) because nothing else working on phone(i can't call 112<in croatia 112 it-s not emergency call> and there is no any sound from phone. phone communicate with computer...because i read phone info and flash.i tried to flash mcu + ppm but it's still the same...anybody have any idea? phone is nhm-2 v5.42.

I've faced this problem. This is a kind of Contact Service. All shows OK in Eeprom tools. The phone read/write flash, switch ON but nothing happens on the screen. Flashed lower version also but in vain. I think the prblem could be data line between CPU & Flash. I returned the phone to the customer. Interested in solution.

i just flashed the phone, after that eeprom tools and all was ok

@ MMANDURI what you have in your nokia 3410 is contac service though it is not showing but flash and unlock ur phone.i shud work 100%..

Guy said that he was allready flash the phone but he's not said did he writte virgin eeprom to phone?
This is Contact Service problem and in many times can be solved by writing full flash MCU+PPM+virgin eeprom,but if this not help than You must change cobba than reflash the phone

your phone needs a hardware application , check lcd connection to your phone ,before any application .o.k

must change FLASH+RAM IC and flash yr phone by full flash 4m U will got contact service unlock yr phone and enjoy
TESTED 100% many times

u can get flash and ram from 3330 tested too

check voltage 2.8 at pin no 2 then check this line or bring 2.8 voltage at this point

change the 2 capacitor left side of power switch, i already encountered like this b4. then now phone works good.......ciao

This is just 3410(NHM-2) with 3310/30 LCD.

Change LCD to 3410 one and everything will work fine.

Just change the flash IC and flash it and it will work 100%
