8310 on charger works, buth without charger -> Contact Service - GSM-Forum

I have N8310 wich I flashed on all versions and I always get only Contac Service. I try to reset locks when phone is in Local Mode, but nothing.
Then I flashed to v4.04 and I get Contact Service again, but on v4.04 when I put phone on charger, on screen is CS, and when I push and hold power button phone turns on and works ok except that when I push any button I hear some noise from speaker ?!

I don't know if this is sw or hw problem, but this happens only on v4.04. I try to flash phone on higher version and put it on charger, but only Contact Service

Any idea about this strange problem?

this is stranger broplem sure
but i think it is a hardware brp
may ccont or cobba
