3510i no ringtones - GSM-Forum

I have 3510i dead.I resold the flash and now works but no ringtones.I flash itbut the same problem,no ringtones.Cause of death :wather,i cleaned the pcb and no result.Please help me!!!!

try changing the salt speaker? AF AMP?

Just rehot/change N180 - 100% tested,
it is very often broken balls under this BGA.

what is N180 on 3510i,i need pcb schematic for 3510i

it is small BGA near SIM READER. there are two small BGAs one is SIM controller (bottom left of the sim reader) and second RINGTONE controller (bottom right of the sim reader) cca 2mm x 2mm (9balls).
