3650 change flash ic - GSM-Forum

3650 change all 3 of the flash ic, after that we can flash the phone and everything run smooth, but the phone won't turn on, what might be the problem ?

could be flash ic problem man ..... or may be you can try to replace SDRam also

pretty hard to find the flash ic for 3650, could we use the same one like we always find in some version of 6510 or 8310 ? it looks just the same about size, form and number ... i think

yes...
there are 2 types of 3650 ics's. Intel and AMD (?).
3 of them must be same manufacturer, so... u cant change intel flash chip with AMD one, except you replace 3 of them.

I also face the same problem. 3650 was waterlogged & dead when it came to me. I reballed all the ic, uem, cpu, all 3 flash ic. after that the phone was on but imei was corrupt, so it chaged uem & everything was ok. After 2 days, phone was dead, now i can flash the phone properly but while restoring factory set it fail & phone does not get on.
Pls help me if somebody has solved such problem.

Can you flash the phone with manual flashing?

yes sir, I can flash the phone in manual flashing with griffin. I can also flash the phone with ufs-2 also.

I have experience b4 that i have one 3650 with the latest UPP. When flashing with 3 different boxes of griffin,only one can success make the phone turn on.
Check your UPP, is that new version?
If you manage to flash your IC completely, you have no problem in UPP and Flash IC.
Somemore for this type of problem, the firmware that work must be version 4.13.

how about nokia 3660?, i try to change 3 ic flash, now my nokia dead.
i try the solution like above, not work dude
In some chase this solution work for me, but sometimes i got a trouble in nokia wd2,
Is it 1st ic flash bring the IMEI number?
plz explain for these 3 ic flash

same in n-gage 6600 3650 3660 u must change the 3 flash ic and be carefull you must install the ic`s (heat it under board ) .... flash the phone ..... format user area .... all OK.
