can i change 3650 uem with another form a dead one

what's the probability of success because ican' find a new one where i am

of course you can but your imei will be ??????????? after that you have to repair it.

I thing is two or three way this do it in previous tread....(change flash from same phone, new flash or repair be box)

UEM is once programmeble!!!!! so you have to change with new one and request rpl for it!!!!

is there any body can help me! nokia 6610i , imei ???????????? chg uem, ok! flash ok no problem, but when on as usual, contact service! but using cable from ufs -ok!
can any body know what is the problem?

after you change uem ic, you must rebuild your imei number. but you can't change imei number to your desire number. you can use rpl file
