3650 dead,plz help - GSM-Forum

got a 3650 auto restart when switch on(during "nokia" logo display),cant format user area(during formating,mobile goes off),but can get in local mode,cant get in test mode,i flash it with 4.17,but problem remain the same
as before,plz help...
is it any patch for it ???

try to reheat the flash ic if still the same reheat sdram.

try another battery on phone.
you can use other unlocking softwares to read the phone
EPROM, if ok

Hi kkio
problem is in flash ic
you have to change that ic & then full flash the phone
with latest software
