3650 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

hello all

I Have A 3650 With Below Mentioned Flashing Problem . I Have Done 3 Flashes , UEM , Ram's Reballing & Also Changed RTC & 26.000 Crystal .
Can You Please Suggest Me What To Do Next To Remove 2nd Boot Error....

change ram not reball~~~~~ok

change a new 1 not take from other board because this glass ic is esey damage

service the panel with spirit then heat with reworks for a while then click on check reply if it dosent work

hello all

i have also reballed CPU today but the result is still the same ... can it be happen due to LCD problem ? also i put a new ram ic from a working plate ... but all in ???
