3650 Problem - GSM-Forum

I recieved a dead 3650.Flash chip ID0 was damaged and phone flash failed.I changed flah chip with new one.Now I can flash it but phone just shows white screen.I erase flash and reflash and wrote RPL but same.
any idea?
