3660 formatting help! - GSM-Forum

hi, i had a problem with my 3660, i need to format it, but the phone cannot on, it keep on restarting after it turned on! i need help, does anyone knows how to format the phone without the need to turn it on, like the "*+3+Green button" tricks on the 6600, beside of using twister or other flasher tools? thanks!

When phone keeps restarting after switching on, you can not format it from keypad. U will have to make User Area Format, and its not possible to make it withou BOX/CABLE

Remember friend,
can you tell me do it show Nokia on the screen or not?If not,maybe because of software or 1 of Flash IC at left or rigth handside.but if so,try to flash it.if still not ok,change the middle Flash IC,it will ok.
