1: clean full board and leave under lamp for one hour (if same follow 2nd step)

2: search manual searching :

(a) if it show all network ids try to register it if it restart in between than its upp problem

(b) if it show no network than change

(1) filters
(2) pa

3: if still same than there may be 2 conditions
(1) bad upp
(2) pcb links internally damaged
