first of all remove iron cover from uem.
Picture1

now apply some soldering paste on uem.

Picture 2

give heat with hot gun and put out ic when all bubbles of ic goes melt by heat.you can feel it by touching with tweezer.

Picture 3

now clean bubbles with soldering iron.i used smal 12 volt soldering iron.

Picture 4

now make bubbles if you have spacial bubble making paste. if not make bubbles by soldering iron like me.

Picture 5

now put ic on its place you can get help of placing ic by guides given on bord.

now you can see working mobile in picture.and also you can see imei after changing uem its goes ???????????????4

now need to write rpl and unlock also.

writing rpl and unlock log not available now because i lost that.

put iron shield on uem now.

surely u did a great work but u use iron for uem bubble reset it is risky few times
