what items to check on 5110 insert sim? i've have chekc soldering of sim socket<br />thanks

check the tracks of the sim reader by comparing it with that of another working 5110.If there is no difference then change the small Ic (looks like a transistor)5 pin ,located below the sim tray and just beside CCont.

Oh I forgot to tell you . all tracks (except ground)connect to this 5 pin Ic from the sim tray /reader.So if you do not get contuinity from any of the sim reader pins to the Ic pins that means that that particular track is broken.
