i have 2 pieces of 5110 and they don't respond to charger?

any solution?

Socket , Fuse , V100 shorted to Grnd , C103 Shorted to Grnd , Or charging IC.

All righet here is the marks ,but it was better to download the schematic. It will be more usefull !
