I had a similar problem with my old 5110. One night I left the phone charging, and there was a storm that knocked out my electric power. Since that time I had a lot of trouble to get the phone to charge.

I tried however a 5110 battery from a friend of mine, and it worked fine...

Check The Charging Fort To Have Lost Ok.......

check with another battery and see if it charges
if there appears a not charging message, try removing C103
if there isnt any indication of charging activity, check F101

First check fuse.

Then check any voltage at battery connector with charger inserted. If voltage appeares replace this connectors.
