ive done a lot of pieces using thos solution..bt take not...u must first flash ur phone using higher/or laat software version of that phone eg 5130...ver 7,97 and u will remove these ic s if the problem persist..even usb ic is capable of hanging(hanging on nokia logo then white screen and shut down)....bt 10% is combo/flash ic ..or last step put flux and rehot or reball this ic...u can if flashing using last available phone sw versionn done bt same hanging problem
