it's a sl3 phone if u downgraded it's must simlock and sd is corrupted u need the rpl to repaire it

@mobilecare.vcl ,

first make backup of all important certificates then full flash ur phone , means erase flash , flash with latest version , restore certificates , make sx4 then write pm 1&309 .

I think ur problem will be solve & please post here d result.

N.B- make sure backup certificates r 100% ok , not corrupt. because this is sl3 phone .

bro try to flash on usb mode on like this file 5130XM_RM-495_07.97.rar mxkey 100% solve ur problem
