First check cable, pins, connector etc if still same then check flash loader it could be damaged reball or change it.

try re hot flash chip(samsung ic) and just shake 10000000000000% solve tested many many time

For avoid to do unless job , I advice you this :
1: set loder select in Automatic
2: try many cable .
best is F-bus cable , because UFC gave some error too.
