5130c strange software problem


freinds i got a 5130c with software problem i flashed it with mxkey then checked every thing was fine but when i switched on it after 2 minutes it restarts again and again , then i checked it on mxkey it shows "simlock currupted" i flashed it again then it says "sim lock seems to be valid" but again after 2 minutes it restarts again, I have cleaned pcb & gave some heat to combo ic but its of no use.....
please help me guys

according you say seems hardware.. shoke pcb long time and give more heat by light 100w blub.
handy should be water damage.

yes its water damaged set i have replaced lcd but i havent changed lcd socket , i will try it & post result
