custmor gave me 5200 everything is working f9 just 0 and 4 not working plz help gsm team thanks

clean the boarr & try agaib.
If not work change the key pad IC.

Post result.

yes try to clean the pcb if not work check the ribbon flex if there an cut, if no cut than change crystal ic.

Try to clean it.if stiil reflow the keypad ic if still change it.
