streng 5210 hang after 15 min or 17 min then power off i change ccont and cobba and hagar and oceletor and rehot cpu and flash ic i don't know what is the proplem can some body help me plez ???????????

90% flash rom

i reflow flassh rom and mad but nothing chang after 15 min it hang then off abgraded and downgrad soft but the same what can i do

Did u try to reflash the phone?
I had same problem. Reball MAD2. Should work in most cases.

Will if 82X0 or 52X0 wont communicate with PC .. example jsut erases flash and wont write back is it a MAD2 problem too? :/

How to remove completely the sort of glue from under the MAD2??

i thought it was just surreoundign the chip not even aroudn the balls. It makes the job really hard that stuff

Normally freezing , frozen LCD etc are all MAD2 related especilly in 82X0.

what i can say ?

it most time, flash rom or MAD problem !

those under fill glued chips, for me, only use hot air and knife with full careful ,, that it !

at 8250, that bad history, it rusty in K1 L1 M1 N1 those pin !
8210 hung between MAD to hager !
