5210 network problems - GSM-Forum

Hello again. I have one nk 5210 with network problems. When start it takes networks but lose in 10 sec. and dont find again.

if you search manually it finds all networks

I have replaced antenna switch and rehoted cobba but same problem.

any help?

I don't have advanced tools for find network problems. I work by probabilities (I want to buy equipment, but is too soon).

Replace the Power Amplefire , befor U can dettect it by the use of a sensitive chinees light emmiting diodes (LEDs) with battery. It feels the radiated signal from the phone and (as a triguerd memory ) stays flashing lights for about 10 sec. , also the presence of the battery makes it sensitive to the signal out from the phone.

for me the best to know if the phone transmiting put led flashing stick WITHOUT BATTERIES close to antenna.this one lights only when you have amplified from P.A output radiation.flashing stick with bateries can light with preamplifiing signal.

replace your cobba ..don't rehot..i think rehot no solution.if some.. change u ccont.

Does the signal comes and go with Or without TX ...?

to find out if it has TX or not put the phone near your monitor , if you see flickness when the Tx comes then try check cobba, if u did not see and flickness then change PA, and also read rssi it is helfull,
