Now it powers on but blank sreen, doesn´t allow to be flashed (neither dct-3 rolis, knok phoenix, geoflash nor griffin or ufs) any idea what happens? may be i.c. flash must be replaced?

I have been successful at reballing in only two, 5210
The rest, I had to change the CPU.
Very unstable phone!

@GSM Coolhawk: Are there other equivalent CPU, we can use for this 5210?
Thx

@Spectrum

The CPU on 5210 is the same as the CPU on other DCT3 phones, exept that the CPU and flash on 5210 for some strange reason have not been glued, if you take a look on i.e 6210, 8210, 3310 ect you will see all CPU's on these models have been glued.

5210 is not, I have no idea why factory's have decided not to glu it on this model only. Though I have seen a few rare 8210 without glued CPU !

Regards
