5530 xm problem help me expert,s - GSM-Forum

please friends i have nokia 5530xm..customer say it,s ok but i charged with genratore then it turn off i chacked with power supply when i press
power on button it take 4 points and power supplay stand 4 volts and nothing more plz advice me

open mobile & check which part is burnt or damage . then let me know.
