Hi

I had the same problem with a 8850 after a bad software upgrade flash. Phone only vibrated like crazy when put on, seemed like a vibrator gone wild

Use dejan flasher cables with darkflasher to flash new virgin eeprom (start adress 003D0000)and after that flash new mcu+ppm software of correct version(start address 00200000)

The phone should be a able to switch on now without vibrating

To finish use mbus cable with eeprom tools v3 to put in a new Imei, recalculate FAID en clear all four locks.

Hope it works for you, it did for me. Good luck!

Replace the upper chip at the front of PCB. It controls lights, vibra and so on.
