can i use the nokia 6600 SEC FLASH IC FOR NOKIA 6020 phone , pls confirm ...

No,, you can NOT use it.
6020 is combo flash type.
Try to find another combo and has equal size.

u can use 3220 ic flash... test 100 % ok!! by me
