6020 not charging...

Hi all!
Any one got schematic...seems to me phoe is water dameged..when I plug charger a message "Not charging" apears on display...any ideas plese..\

6020 dead
6020 is not charging.i cleaned with ultra cleaner now the phoneis dead. in usf error message. pl advice

yes i heated upp and flash now without flash phone is powring on... problem over
