try to reprogram it, i think it's s software problem

full erase the phone and then flash it again...INSH***** your problem will be solved. But you only wrote that it is a restart problem but you didnt give the complet details when it is getting restarted if any particular opiton or in few seconds so we should have guess whether the problem is of software or hardware.
