6021-insert sim - GSM-Forum

I have one 6021 with "insert sim"
ic is good(change 3 ic near sim card).
other solution please?

dear bro, is keypad ic good, check the keypad ic, if keypad ic has problem then also "insert sim" complaint will arise in Nokia 6021. If you find the mistake in keypad ic. then remove the keypad ic and check it after it place the keypad ic properly.

check sim connector and esd chip of sim ways protection and their connections and at last rehot uem chip.

check the voltages at the sim connector.
