6030 no ringer and no earpiece, all prints are ok and i also replace ringer,plz help?

the 6030 which customer bring for repairing, there is no 6 legs ic ,there is only one 8 legs ic.................! chk picture!

now uem is hot but there is no way to reball or replace bcoz its heavy pasted! anyway thnx!

yes it hard to repair , coz you know . if you have exprinace then reball or change .
