Problem is solved 10X to russian bro. Problem is caused from missed connection between mainboard and keyboard grounds. In results parasites emitions caused prob. I solved it with wire between them, but it is a 4 places under keyboard to montage conductor rubber with suitable dimention.

By restore factory sometimes is impossible. Strange, but these phones are with the same first 6 IMEI digits. But as I told it is simple to repair. Simply connect two board grounds with wire (key board+main board) that is all

this solution came directly from nokia itself, as a temporary solution, i think its a software problem and it will be solved (as nokia say) in next release.
