6085 can't writte imei......

i want writte imei,,,but can't writte,,,,,,,,,i have try by jaf,,,i change rap3g and flash ic(take from 6131),,,i have 1st backup 6131,,then i return flash after change flash ic and rap3g,,,,,now just need writte imei,,,,,,,,,
then phone must work,,,,but still can't writte ,,,

any one have any idea???
