6100 contact service - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I´ve got a 6100 with water drop. cleaned with ultrasonic bath and flashed with griffin. The phones turns on but after few seconds changes to contact service. Test with griffin with test mode and gives
Fail - ST_FLASH_CHECKSUM_TEST
and in local mode
Fail - ST_KEYBOARD_STUCK_TEST

Is hardware pb? how could i repair it?

hardware try re ball flash ic or
change flash ic ,make repair flash imei with rpl.

dont forget to unlock it after flashing
