i'm having problem with 6100,when i put sim card the phone
restarts all the time. without the sim the phone dont restart
how can i fix it???

Have ya allready updated the Phone? If yes, resold UEM or change it.

Just do full flash everything ok

At first flash it newest version, upload good PM, unlock, FFS. Check water damage... or>>>
