6100 speaker problem

I know old phone, but have to be using it till i get ma new one. Old phone got stolen.
Anyway
on a call i cannot hear anything until i put the loud/handsfree speaker on.
the handsetspeaker doesnt work
any help?

first change the speaker and check it weather its working fine ......... other wise check the reading on ur pcb........ and let me know ...... good luck. .....

if u r using analog meter than in a X1K put ur one prob on ground and another prob on both speaker point. check weather it show some reading or not .... if it shows any reading than its ic problem and if not shows reading than its tracks problem. .......... let me know if u have any further problem........ good luck ..........
