6101 keyboard malfunction

Hallo all,

I have one Nokia 6101 which was 2 days in the grass out side of house.
I clean 4 times with ultrasonic cleaner, recharge battery and mobile ask PIN, but you can not put nothing using keyboard beucse when you put
on the ear, from speaker you can hear, pip...pip...pip...pip... etc.
every 1 sec.

I think still have something in short circuit and do not let me to type on keyboard.
I wash 4 times (good) with ultrasonic cleanerm but this did not help.

Please tell me where to look now.
I do not belive that with changing software I will reoslve problem.
I can change soft, but then mobile loose guaranty.

Please tell me where to look now.

Thanks in advance to all.

You was right about Nokia 6101 keypad problem.
Problem is making button for decreasing volume.
I replace it with new one and problem solved.
Thank You for your help and great knowledge.
